Windows 98 comes with Internet Explorer 4. That makes it really hard to download new software for your computer because even Google's current page won't load in IE 4 because of Javascript errors. What I had to do was download IE 6 using another computer and then copy it to my Windows 98 box. Then I am able to browse the web.
